Staff development is a pathway, usually blended. A short online piece, a live session with a facilitator who has a guide, practice on the job, and a manager who knows what to ask afterwards. We design for induction, compliance that is not an annual insult, leadership cohorts, and professional bodies.
We also teach your own people to teach. Train-the-trainer, subject-expert coaching, and facilitator rehearsals are a service, because a beautiful course still fails in the hands of someone who was handed a slide deck that morning.
