Design

Instructional design

We turn a messy brief into a learning design someone can actually build and teach.

A course fails when the slides arrive before the decisions. We start with the performance: what a person should be able to do, in which setting, with which constraints. Needs analysis, task analysis, and a modality choice sit in the same conversation.

The design package is concrete. Objectives written as performance, a storyboard or lesson map, assessment logic, and notes for the people who will facilitate. We use agile review cycles so subject experts see a slice early, not a finished course they cannot change.

You leave with

  • Needs and task analysis
  • Learning outcomes and assessment blueprint
  • Storyboards, lesson maps, and facilitator notes
  • Modality recommendation: self-paced, live, blended, or on the job
