Build
Interactive learning
Interactions built for a decision, not decoration dropped onto a slide.
We design the choice first: what the learner decides, what happens next, and what feedback teaches rather than scores. Branching conversations, software walkthroughs, process simulations, and scored scenarios are built as part of the course, with a script a subject expert can still read.
Where a full simulation is more than the skill needs, we say so. A tight scenario often outperforms a heavy build. When the skill is physical or high-risk, we scope a simulation or an immersive piece with the same instructional rules as the rest of the pathway.
You leave with
- Interaction scripts and decision maps
- Branching scenarios and software practice
- Custom HTML interactions where templates fail
- Feedback written to the error, not a generic “try again”
And then
We can stay.
Interactions are the first thing to rot. We keep a change log and can retune branches after the first cohorts.
