    Audience, constraints, what already exists, and what “good” will mean in twelve weeks. We leave with a written problem, not a proposal full of adjectives.

    Shape

    Outcomes, assessment, modality, and a map. Subject experts review a slice. AI may draft; a designer signs.

  3. 03

    Make

    Lessons, interactions, video, facilitator materials. You see cuts, not a reveal at the end.

  4. 04

    Place

    LMS or our hosting, the website if there is a public face, dashboards, access, and a rehearsal with the people who will run it.

  5. 05

    Stay

    Fixes, questions, updates, and a monthly note. Support is a service with a name on it.
