Monitoring and evaluation

Evaluation designed with the learning, not a survey pasted on at the end.

We plan what to ask, when, and of whom. Pulse checks inside a lesson, end-of-module feedback, facilitator notes, and a short follow-up once people are back at work. Questions are about the learning, not a satisfaction score that flatters the room. Responses stay anonymous where they should, and a person still reads the comments.

The output is a decision, not a dashboard nobody opens. Each cycle names what learners struggled with, what to leave alone, and the edit we recommend. Findings go to the producer who can change the lesson, so monitoring is not a report that dies in a folder.

You leave with

  • An evaluation plan tied to the outcomes
  • In-course pulses, end-of-course feedback, and a later follow-up
  • A written read of what students actually said
  • A short list of course changes, owned by the studio or your team
